Evergreen Solar (ESLR) Will Announce Q1 Results After Close on May 12

Management will conduct a conference call at 8:30 a.m. (ET) the following day, Friday, May 13, 2011.

I expect them to announce some sort of restructuring plan (e.g. debt exchange offer) in conjunction with the earnings release.
