Georgia Gulf (GGC) Registration Statement Declared Effective

Yesterday afternoon Georgia Gulf's registration statement for the 30 million new shares was declared effective by the SEC.

Just as I predicted, this is the catalyst that is causing the shares to get crushed - now down 17% on high volume. (Although the biggest trades so far have been <10,000 shares!)

how much GGC can go lower?

I would consider covering at like $5.

You ain't seen nothing yet.

Fidelity got like 8 million shares in the restructuring and you can't move 2,000 without dropping the price a buck.

...without dropping the price a buck.
