Friday Market Thoughts

Today's ISE Sentiment Index was 148 - a relatively high level of call buying. On the CBOE the equity put/call ratio was 0.51. The perception must be that down week was just a wee bump in the road.

I am wary of a Monday bounce and a first-day-of-month bounce on Tuesday.

Long term, I am constructive on long-term Treasuries and very bearish on silver.

Without a major market drop I think silver keeps running higher. Gold will soon catch up. You know the drill by now, JBTFD.
