Kirk Sorensen on Liquid Fluoride Thorium Reactors (LFTR)

LFTRs are a type of molten salt reactor. This technology sounds very promising. Between better nuclear energy, improvements in PV solar, and abundant natural gas, we may not have to worry so much about supplies of energy.

I'm glad the LFTR news is getting out, but that was painful to watch. A much, MUCH better video is the Google Tech Talk. Or for those with shorter attention spans, the remix. Though I'll warn you, after watching the remix, you'll want to watch all three hours of the originals.
