Radio Shack SG&A: Who Is At Corporate?
I was just curious about Radio Shack's SG&A at corporate and also what kind of people they hired in 2013 for the "turnaround". These are people whose LNKD pages list them as active RSH corporate employees.
- CEO Joe Magnacca.
- CFO John W. Feray - note that he just resigned and was replaced by someone from restructuring firm AlixPartners.
- Paul Rutenis, Chief Merchandise Officer
- Michael De Fazio, Vice President of Store Operations
- Bruce Bishop, Vice President, Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis and Investor Relations ("Reporting to the CFO and leading a team of 10.")
- Kathy Buckley, VP Finance, Retail Operations
- Jennifer Warren, Chief Marketing Officer.
- Camp Rollings, "Director - Marketing Strategy"
- Mindy Davis, "Director of Integrated Marketing"
- Misty Allen, "Director, Online Experience and Design"
- Amy Shineman, "Senior Director, Integrated Marketing". Here's a great video where she talks about the decision to buy the "super bowl" ad.
- Lauren Kushnerick, "Integrated Marketing Manager"
- Merianne Roth, "Vice President of Communications"
- Renee Adams, "Director of CRM"
- Troy Risch, Executive Vice President Operations and Real Estate
- DeAnna Alexander, Director, Finance at RadioShack
- Macy Moore, "Director, Web Operations"
- Denise Levesque, Vice President, Regional Operation
- Michael Casey, Vice President Merchandise Planning & Allcoation at RadioShack
- Donna Butler, Director, Merchandise Planning & Allocation Operations
- Jim Loden, Vice President of Dealer Franchise Stores and B2B Sales and Operations
- Benny Benoit, VP, Supply Chain Operations
- Sammy Saloum, Vice president, Business Development
- Troy Risch, Executive Vice President Operations and Real Estate - he left in April and went to hhgregg
- Michael Keyser, VP Merchandise Operations
- Sri Reddy, VP Omnichannel
It seems like a huge payroll and it also seems like some of the roles are overlapping and ambiguous.
It will be interesting to watch these people and see if more of them jump ship.
