GMX Resources Files Indenture for New 2018 Notes ($GMXR)

The indenture is available in this filing. Here's the PIK provision:

"The Issuer, in its sole discretion, may elect to pay all or any portion of an interest payment in the form of cash or shares of the Issuer’s Common Stock (including fractional shares). The Issuer may only elect to pay interest in the form of shares of the Issuer’s Common Stock with respect to an Interest Payment Date that occurs prior to the second anniversary of the Issue Date."
