The 80s one is actually pretty funny. But I think I would've cut capex and marketing to zero to buy back and or equitize the unsecured debt.

A smart proposal to the bondholders would be a small cash payment and a significant amount of stock in exchange for bonds. I don't think the index funds that own the company would be offended.
