Mangan's book on Iron Overload is 5/5. Infinitely better than his Stop the Clock.
Highly recommend "Skunk Works: A Personal Memoir of My Years at Lockheed" by Ben Rich, who was successor to Kelly Johnson who created the Lockheed Skunk Works.
Readable as great history (espionage battle US vs USSR), politics (air force vs CIA), airplane design (SR-71 influence on stealth), as well as how to manage a tight team.
You had mentioned "Bowling Alone" at one point. Have you read it yet? It's been in my to-read pile for quite awhile now, so was curious to hear any opinion.
I did review it!

"Read the Fragmented Future essay for more thoughts on what the U.S. economy in 2050 will be like. My money is on lower output per capita and more difficulty making money as a minority investor."
