Could Today be the Start of Something?

I'm not a huge believer in technical analysis, but I think it's interesting that the S&P has pinged off the ~1200 level in April and early November of this year, and is possibly doing so again right now. Could that be a "triple top"?

More electric vehicles: Staples Inc., the Frito-Lay division of PepsiCo, FedEx Corp., AT&T Inc. and a few other companies have begun purchasing electric delivery trucks. Right now the electric vehicles have higher fixed cost but should save money on maintenance and fuel.
